Read the full FAQ- What charting platform do your products work on?
- NinjaTrader 8 only. Every ProEdge indicator, strategy, and tool is built natively for NinjaTrader 8 on Windows 10 or 11. We do not currently support TradingView, MetaTrader, or Sierra Chart.
- May I install on more than one computer?
- Every account includes one active machine. If you run NinjaTrader on a second computer — a laptop, or a VPS alongside your desktop — you can add an additional machine slot for $50, directly from your account. No email required.
- How do the 3-payment plans work?
- You are charged the same amount once a month for three months, and then the plan is finished — it does not renew and you are never charged again. You get full access to your downloads immediately after the first payment, not at the end.
- What is your refund policy?
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges, partial or otherwise, for any reason. Because our products are downloadable software delivered immediately, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted. Please read the product requirements carefully before purchasing.
